To fund these events last year, both the PTA and Sutton collected separate payments throughout the year for various activities. The feedback received from parents was that this ended up being quite confusing. So, this year, we are collecting dues that will cover most of the PTA and Sutton events for 8th graders (with some exceptions as you'll see below). We cannot fund these events without your dues!
What are dues funding?
- Class of 2028 t-shirts
- 8th Grade Dance (event costs)
- Movie Day*
- Picnic*
- Party at Main Event*
- Fun Day (post-Field Day celebration for 8th graders only)
- 8th Grade Promotion
* Your student will not be able to participate in the asterisked activities if dues are not paid.
What is NOT included?
- Yearbook ads
- Out of town field trips
- Entry ticket to 8th Grade Dance
- Class of 2028 yard signs
Dues are $150 per student and are due by September 30. You can pay this fee over a 6-month period and you also have the option to donate extra to help cover dues for students who may be in need. Click here or the payment icon at the bottom of the newsletter to make your payment today!
